1) How to Order

• Checkout - by providing your shipping & delivery information

2) Payment Methods

Our current payment options are: GCASH/ BDO/ BPI/Credit Card.

For Credit Cards: Please make sure to allow cookies on your browser for credit card transactions to push through. 

Cash On Delivery can be an option if:

• Customer to pick up orders. (Location: West Triangle Homes, QC)
• Customer to book pick up via Lalamove/ Grab pabili service. Please note the maximum amount is Php 2000 for these services.

 

3) Delivery Date

We deliver within 1-3 days from receipt of payment. We ship from West Triangle, Quezon City.

 

4) Delivery Fee Rates

Please refer to the attached table for delivery fees per area. Rates are based on average Lalamove delivery fee to each city. If you can't find your area in this list, let us know so we can check through the app.

 

5) Minimum Order

No minimum order.

 

6) Order Concerns (Missing Items, Damaged Products, etc.)

Please refer to our refund policy.

 

7) Wholesale Orders
